A market agent represents farmers (principals) by receiving, marketing, and selling their produce on the trading floor. The agent ensures fair pricing, accurate reporting, transparent transactions, and full compliance with APAC regulations.

All payments are made through the agent’s APAC-compliant trust account. After produce is sold, the farmer receives payment within the regulated time frame, along with a detailed sales statement showing all transactions and commissions.

Anyone can buy — including retailers, wholesalers, informal traders, restaurants, and the general public. Buyers can also purchase in bulk for resale or distribution.

Prices are guided by daily market trends, supply and demand, quality, and buyer behaviour. Market agents negotiate with buyers to secure the best possible market price while protecting the farmer’s interests.

The agent must immediately inform the farmer and request permission before discarding, donating, or repacking any produce. All decisions are documented to maintain transparency and ensure full APAC compliance.

To bring your harvest to our trading floors, simply contact us directly and we will guide you through the entire process. We require a letter of intent outlining your details, the type of produce you supply, the expected quantities, and your proposed delivery schedule. It is also important that all produce meets APAC-approved quality standards before arrival.

On delivery, you must provide a delivery note that includes your farm details, contact number, and the exact quantity of goods. Upon arrival, our agents will receive, inspect, and market your produce, provide you with sales updates, and ensure payments are processed through our APAC-regulated trust account within the appropriate timeframe.
